Terms of Service

Last updated June 13, 2026. These terms govern your use of OneFirmIntel. By creating an account or using the service you agree to them.

1. Who we are

OneFirmIntel is a company-intelligence service provided by 1EOR Global (“we”, “us”), the company that operates this service. You can reach us at info@onefirmintel.com.

2. The service

OneFirmIntel lets you search company records sourced from official government registers and openly-licensed datasets, filter them by quality tier and other attributes, and reveal full company details using prepaid credits. Records are graded and classified by us to make them usable.

3. Your account

You must be at least 18 and provide accurate information. You are responsible for keeping your login secure and for activity under your account. We may verify your email address before activating your account. One account per user unless we agree otherwise.

4. Credits, pricing and payment

The service is pay-as-you-go. You buy credits in advance (priced in GBP) through our payment processor, Stripe. One credit reveals one company’s full record, which is then saved to your account and re-downloadable at no further credit cost. Credits do not expire. Prices and pack sizes are shown on the Pricing page and may change for future purchases.

5. Cancellation and refunds

Credits are digital content supplied electronically. Where you are a consumer, by purchasing credits and using them you ask us to begin supply immediately and you acknowledge that you lose the 14-day right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 to the extent the credits have been used. Unused credits within 14 days of purchase may be refunded on request. Business customers buy on a non-cancellable basis. Nothing here affects your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 if the service is not as described or not carried out with reasonable care and skill.

6. Acceptable use

Data accessed through OneFirmIntel is licensed for your own internal business use. You may export data within your credit allowance. You must not scrape, crawl, bulk-extract, resell, sublicense or redistribute the data, share your account, or attempt to circumvent access controls, masking, watermarking or rate limits. Exports are watermarked and audit-logged. You must not use the service unlawfully, including to harass individuals or in breach of data protection law. Misuse may result in suspension or termination without refund.

7. Data accuracy and no advice

Company data is sourced from third-party public registries and provided “as is”. While we work to keep it accurate, classified and fresh, we do not warrant that it is complete, error-free or fit for any particular purpose. It is not legal, financial, credit, tax or compliance advice, and you remain responsible for your own decisions and for verifying information before you rely on it.

8. Intellectual property

We and our licensors own the service, its software, our classifications, quality tiers and presentation. Underlying public-register facts are not owned by us. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service per these terms.

9. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, revenue, data or goodwill; and our total liability to you in any 12-month period is limited to the amount you paid us in that period. The service is provided to business users on a “business” basis and certain implied terms are excluded to the fullest extent permitted by law.

10. Suspension and termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms or to protect the service or other users. On termination your right to use the service ends; previously revealed records you have downloaded remain yours to keep.

11. Changes

We may update these terms. We will post the new version here and update the date; continued use after changes means you accept them.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, except that if you are a consumer you may also bring proceedings in your home jurisdiction where the law allows.
