OneFirmIntel is a company-discovery tool for finding suppliers and business partners using government-sourced business records. You can search companies by industry, name or city across 33 markets and preview results for free.

OneFirmIntel covers 33 markets with more than 245 million companies and entities in total. Counts for each market are on the Coverage page.

The markets are: Argentina, Australia, Belgium, Brazil, Canada, Chile, Colombia, Croatia, Czech Republic, Estonia, Finland, France, India, Ireland, Israel, Japan, Kazakhstan, Lithuania, Mexico, New Zealand, Norway, Peru, Poland, Romania, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, Slovakia, South Korea, Sweden, Switzerland, United Arab Emirates, United Kingdom and the United States. Browse them in the company directory, for example India, Singapore, Saudi Arabia or the United Kingdom.

All records come from government sources, such as official company registries. Available fields, entity types and update frequency depend on the source, so they vary by country.

Each company gets a tier based on its listing status and how long ago it registered: ★★★ Listed, ★★ Established or ★ New entrant. Tiers support your research; they don't certify that a supplier is reliable.

Use Smart search (the default), which checks industry first, then company name, then similar names. You can search up to 6 markets at once.

To search one way only, pick Industry, Company name or City / address.

Industry search matches business classifications, not words in a company's name; company-name search finds a business by what it's called.

For example, an industry search for "leather" can find tanneries and footwear makers even when "leather" isn't in their name.

Search previews are free. They show company names, quality tier, status, location, and industry where available, so you can check results before spending credits.

One credit reveals one company's full record. That includes company name, segment, status, country, city, postal code, full address, registration details and record ID, where the source provides them.

Records don't include director names or contact details. See pricing.

Yes. Every company you reveal is saved to your account permanently, and you can re-download it free as often as you like.

You can export your saved companies to CSV.

Credits cost about £0.03 to £0.10 per company, sold in one-time packs from £10 for 100 credits. There's no subscription.

Data comes from government registries and is refreshed on a schedule that depends on each source and country. If a record looks wrong or out of date, email operations@onefirmintel.com with the company and country.
